Order Cancellation
1.1. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified online. Please contact Santo Group's customer support as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
Refund Eligibility

3.1 We are committed to providing our customer(s) with high quality product(s) and service(s). However, due to the inherent nature of our offerings, it is hereby stated that all sales shall be final, and we do not accept return(s) of any kind once a transaction has been completed.
3.2 Customers are strongly advised to review all product descriptions thoroughly, details, and specifications prior to finalizing their purchase. Should there be any inquiries or concerns regarding our product(s) or service(s), customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for clarification prior to completing the purchase.
3.3 To request a refund, in exceptional cases only, you must notify our customer support team within 3 days from the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your refund request.
3.4 Our customer support team will guide the customer through the return process, including providing instructions for returning the product(s) to us.
3.5. The returned product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact.
3.6. You shall be responsible for the return shipping costs in all cases.
Refund Processing
4.1. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 15 days after deduction of all costs and expenses incurred with respect to the order.
4.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified by you.
4.3. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items and Services

5.2.2Services that have been fully rendered or consumed.

Exchanges
6.1. We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you can follow the return process as outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
